Our Founder – Dr Lim Poh Ju

Dr Lim Poh Ju (PhD in Education, UK) is a visionary educator and founder of Viisaus Preschool. With over 40 years of experience, Dr Lim is a leading expert in early childhood education and the creator of the IEM Framework, designed to cultivate intelligence, emotional intelligence, and multiple intelligences from an early age.

As an international speaker and thought leader, Dr Lim has dedicated his life to building education systems that shape future-ready children — curious, confident, and compassionate.
