The Visionary Behind the Wisdom
Dr. Lim Poh Ju is a visionary educator and international speaker who has devoted four decades to nurturing young minds. Believing that every child possesses unique potential, he created the exclusive IEM Teaching Framework to move beyond traditional learning and develop the “Whole Child.”
His systematic approach focuses on three core pillars:
